Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

I made these homemade peanut butter cups and they're yummy! And the best part is, it's all healthy ingredients! You can find the original recipe here.

The first time I tried this recipe I used natural Almond Butter. The second time around I used natural Peanut Butter instead and it was much better. I also lined the miniature pan with paper baking cups. Do this otherwise you'll regret it and have a hard time scooping them out of the pan! I also used raw cacao powder. So yes, this recipe is almost raw except for the peanut butter. Yummmm.....

  • 4 Tb agave or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Combine nut butter, coconut oil, agave, and vanilla together until well mixed.
  2. Pour into miniature cup cake baking cups. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from baking cups gently and dip each nut butter cup into the raw chocolate (recipe below) until fully coated.
